If you can’t fathom how fast this is, imagine a 3G broadband connection will allow you to download up to 600Kbps. Then, compare that with 4G which tops at 10-12 Mbps – it’s a cool 10x difference! With HTC EVO 4G, you can surf the net, download videos, mp3s, ringtones and perhaps play online games on your mobile phones in a snap!
The HTC EVO 4G has a lot to offer with an upgrade of 8MP dual LED flash camera and a 1.3MP front-facing camera that is good for video conference and calls. HTC HD2 and Nexus One will be a thing of the past with EVO 4G’s 720p HD-quality video capture coupled with HDMI ready connector port. And to accommodate such large quantity of data, the smartphone will have 1GB ROM and 512RAM coupled with expandable microSD slot that can handle up to 32GB.
One problem we see however, is the limitation in geographic usage for this smartphone. Third world countries and other nations in the East haven’t installed 4G networks yet. Thus, people would probably think twice before buying the phone since they won’t be able to utilize its ultra fast connection. Well, we’re still hoping for the best. Miracles do happen nowadays right?

Well for starters it boasts a huge 4.5-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen display, only 9mm thick or should we say 9mm thin, which makes this one of the thinnest smartphones in the Samsung series, 1.2GHz Samsung Hummingbird processor has been added, Android 2.3 Gingerbread update is expected to come after its release, 720p HD video recording and an 8-megapixel camera on the back and a 1.3 megapixel VGA camera on the front for video calling.
